  • Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the home. On average, a standard cleaning for an average home takes between 3–4 hours, while a deep clean may take longer. Anywhere between 8-10 hours. Deep clean is recommended if it has been awhile since your home had a deep clean.

  • It depends on your lifestyle and preferences! Many of our clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings to keep their home consistently fresh and tidy. We usually find that biweekly is the best fit for most clients.

  • Yes! BrightSpaces Cleaners is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We have a 50% rate of service for all cancellations or lock-outs within 48 hours and a full rate of service within 24 hour cancellations or lock-outs.

  • Yes! We can provide a tentative quote based on the details you share with us. However, final pricing may be adjusted after seeing the space or discussing specific needs.
